Which Microsoft licences are needed?
Users need a Teams Phone licence, either included in some Microsoft 365 plans or added separately. We check your current licences first.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Usually, yes. We check porting eligibility before moving numbers into Teams.
Do users need a separate app for calling?
No. Calls are made and received in the Microsoft Teams app on desktop, mobile or Teams-certified phones.
What happens to our existing PBX?
